1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All sales of digital products (including but not limited to templates, e-books, guides, contracts, and downloads) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product is purchased and delivered (via email, download link, or online portal), we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Product Access & Delivery

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via [download link/email delivery/online account].

3. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

  • You purchased the same product multiple times in error.

  • There is a proven technical issue preventing you from accessing the product, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days.

  • All digital products are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed without written permission from Bren Allure and Company.
