Shipping policy

All digital products are processed within 24 hours in the United States (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been sent. Please keep in mind that during holidays, the delivery time may vary. 




  

Deliveries are sent from 8am - 6pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message and email with the email and phone number you provided to notify you on the date of your delivery

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been sent received, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 24 hours to receive your document/documents before contacting us.

If you haven’t received your document/documents within 24 hours of your email confirmation, please contact us at brenallure@gmail.com with your name and order or call us at (615) 962-8510, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives incomplete in any way, please email us as soon as possible at brenallure@gmail.com with proof such as a photo of the document/documents condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
